Preschool 2020-2021 Enrollment Information
Our Students and Families:
At Restoring Hope Christian Academy, we serve ages three through 5 years old and families who want a Christ-centered learning environment for their children in preparation for Kindergarten. We offer classes five days a week with a ten-month regular academic program and a two-month summer program for your convenience.
Our Environment:
Restoring Hope Christian Academy students will enjoy small classes in a safe, caring, and loving environment. Our goal is to offer a Christ-centered learning experience that is presented in an environment that is flexible, fun, and tailored to the needs of the students. Parents can rest assured that their child is receiving the best possible opportunity to be successful from experienced teachers and staff members who love each and every child.
Our Educational Program:
Restoring Hope Christian Academy students will use exceptional curriculum designed to promote fun while learning. Students are grouped according to age and ability. They will enjoy age appropriate instruction in Bible, phonics, numbers, writing, and science. Students will also receive training in music, art, technology, health, safety, and manners.
Our Faculty and Staff:
Preschool teachers and staff at Restoring Hope Christian Academy are experienced, caring, and born-again Christians. They meet or exceed state requirements for childcare workers. They will also receive training throughout the year in up-to-date, best practices for preschool education, first aid, and CPR.
Application Fees:
- New Student Application Fee ($50 is non-refundable should your child not enroll) $150

Tuition
Our preschool hours are from 6:30 am to 6 pm.

Tuition Payment Plans
Tuition payments begin July 2020 and are paid in advance via automatic draft through FACTS Tuition Management. You may set up automatic drafts bi-monthly or monthly. Your payment plan will be set up during enrollment. FACTS charges a $45 annual set up fee to be withdrawn through your FACTS account at the beginning of your payment plan.
Bi-Monthly Tuition Payments
Make twenty (20) automatic bi-monthly payments through FACTS. Payments begin July 2020 and continue through April 2021. Payments are processed on the 5th and 20th of each month.

Make ten (10) automatic bi-monthly payments through FACTS. Payments begin July 2020 and continue through April 2021. Payments are processed on the 5th and 20th of each month.
A $15 charge will be added for late payments. A student will not be allowed to attend class if an account becomes 30 days in arrears. There is a $30 charge for electronic and paper returned bank items.
Student withdrawals require a two-week written notice. Tuition is charged during this period.
Important Forms: Copies of the child’s birth certificate, TN Department of Health Certificate of Immunizations, and a copy of the parent’s insurance card are required for enrollment.
Health and Accident Insurance: Restoring Hope Christian Academy provides a safe and secure environment for students and employees, however the school is not financially liable for accidents that may occur at school.
Toilet Training: All three and four year old’s must be completely toilet trained before entering K3 or K4 classroom.
Summer Program: Our regular school term is August through May. We offer a summer program during June and July.
